Hey, I'm Ashwin.

I was at Bain, then a Director at Deloitte, and I did my MBA at INSEAD. Moving between consulting and industry, I noticed something that bothered me.

What is Promotable?

A 90-day coaching program for managers with 5 to 20 years of experience. You learn to think, communicate and lead like a consulting partner, with AI woven into every skill, and you practise on your real work every week.

How is it different from a leadership course?

Courses teach content. Here, every week you bring something real from your job and get it coached: a problem statement, a model, a deck, a memo, a meeting. And you are measured at the start and the end.

How much time does it take?

About three hours a week: 45 minutes of private coaching, the 90-minute Saturday workshop, and practice in between.

Who coaches me?

Ashwin coaches every member personally. Ex-Bain, ex-Deloitte Director, INSEAD MBA.

When is the live workshop?

Every Saturday at 9:30 AM ET, 7:00 PM IST, 5:30 PM GST. Recordings are available if you miss one.

Can my company pay?

How much does it cost?
